The Literature, Language & Religion division at the Dallas Public Library has the largest single-room fiction collection west of the Mississippi. in addition to a wide selection of books, DVDs and audiobooks on a broad range of humanities topics. LLR also holds an extensive collection in Spanish as well as nearly 40 other world languages.
The third floor is also the home of the Dallas Poet Laureate.

Use professional microphones and mixer to record a podcast or voiceover or the next hit single. Or use the digital camera to take photos or record video in front of a green screen. Board Game Room
The Board Game Room is open when the library is open. In cooperation with Common Ground Games, the there are dozens of both new and classic games available for use in the library. Bring your friends or family to play an old favorite or discover a new one.
